Wiki book updates

As I started "Researching Technology purchases" section first, I am now trying to finish this section perfectly. I edited a few part and included some in there. I touched just to the point, but now I think I should write it little elaborately. However, I am focusing on this section as well as "Receiving" section and will try to do my best.
